About
Product Designer & IT Operations Leader
The Work Me

I work at the intersection of product design, UX, and IT operations, combining design leadership with hands-on technical ownership. I design user-facing products across web, mobile, and large-format interactive displays, while also managing the infrastructure, tooling, and support systems behind them.
My work spans building and maintaining design systems, improving internal tools, and partnering closely with engineering to translate complex technical requirements into clear, usable experiences. On the technical side, I've led support operations, managed helpdesk environments, created training and documentation, and overseen the deployment and lifecycle management of large fleets of Windows and Linux-based devices.
Having led both product design and post-deployment technical operations, I bring a unique, end-to-end perspective. I design experiences with full awareness of the systems, constraints, and support realities they must survive beyond launch.
The Not Work Me
Outside of work, I'm usually tinkering with my homelab. Self-hosting services, spinning up containers, experimenting with networking setups, and generally finding new ways to overcomplicate things for fun. If there's a way to host it myself, I'm probably already doing it. I'm a nerd through and through, and I'm not shy about it.
I love to travel and explore new places whenever I get the chance, whether it's a new city or just a coffee shop I haven't tried yet. Speaking of which, I'm a craft coffee enthusiast and always on the hunt for a good pour-over or a new roaster to try. I'm also a big manga reader, an occasional cosplayer, and I spend a lot of my downtime painting and drawing.
I collect tattoos the way some people collect stamps. Slowly, intentionally, and with no plans of stopping. I've also got a growing Funko Pop collection that I'm not even going to try to justify. If it's creative, slightly obsessive, or involves a rabbit hole, I'm probably into it.
